How decisions happen
Quotation → Review → Decision → Publication
No single office bearer approves Association spending alone. Every quotation is reviewed by the Working Team and the Board before a decision is recorded — and, where approved, published here for every member and the public to see.

FAQ
Give the security desk at the main gate your visitor's name and the flat they're visiting; they're logged in the gate register and a resident confirmation call is made before entry. For expected guests, residents can call the gate in advance to skip the confirmation step.
Give the Working Team at least 3 days' notice before moving in or out. A refundable move-in/move-out deposit covers any common-area damage, and the service elevator must be booked in advance through the AOA office to avoid clashing with other residents.
Maintenance dues are billed per apartment and are due by the 10th of every month. Payments are accepted online (UPI/net banking) through the member portal or by cheque at the AOA office; a late fee applies after the 15th.
Yes — pets are welcome. Register your pet with the AOA office, keep them leashed in common areas, and clean up after them in the gardens and near the clubhouse.
Members can raise requests directly from their dashboard after logging in; the Working Team tracks each one to resolution.
